Next we research promising practices to identify possible approaches for meeting the specific need. We then work collaboratively with project stakeholders to design an improvement strategy that fits the needs, culture, capacity, and structure of the setting.  

Learning Support

Learning is a vital phase of the health improvement cycle. People need support to learn new policies and practices. They also need opportunities to innovate in ways that improve performance and cultivate ownership. We support the learning process by providing tools, training, and technical assistance for individuals and teams involved in the improvement initiative. This content may come from our own portfolio of expertise or from external sources, depending on the need. 

Execution Support

People engaged in execution typically require performance support at least through a startup phase. We support execution by providing tools and technical assistance to support decision making and implementation. We provide these supports with a focus on knowledge transfer to assure that the organization is building a sustainable capacity for excellence.
